How You Can Help
It was humbling to realize how little it would take to significantly improve the health conditions of this community. We are hoping that you decide to become part of this small yet important initiative. We believe that the community’s determination and efforts, along with the support of people like you, will enable the residents of Cristobal Colón to achieve a better, healthier future.
If you you would like to help the community of Cristobal Colón improve their health conditions, there are three ways of supporting them:
1) Donate funds. These will be used to purchase supplies and materials to complete the construction o the Health Center and provide educational stipends to provide medical training to community members.
2) Donate medical equipment and supplies. We are looking for donations of new and used medical furniture, equipment and materials. See the community wish list for more details
3) Donate your time and expertise. Whether fundraising or training community members, we are always looking for passionate individuals to contribute to this project.

Donations: Health Initiative and Beca Scholarship Funds
Help give 10 amazing students an opportunity to attend high school in the 2010 school year. The cost for one student to attend school for a full year is $900. This covers school fees, purchase of uniform and books, bus fare, and lunch. This is an amazing opportunity to help these future scholars achieve their academic dreams.
We are also raising funds to purchase medical equipment to stock the health center!!!
