"There are children who die because we lack medical attention and we lack money.  We don't have money for the bus fare to go outside of the town.  We have to borrow money from other families.  We pay the fare to go to La T and when we get there, the doctor is not there.  There are too many people there.  We need a doctor here too."
- Loreina Sabrano, mother, age 19
